Leaders will tell you is all about the numbers game. I'm here to tell you that networking is about relationship and helping people reach their dreams.
People have dreams, desires; they are mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, grandmothers, grandfathers. Do you get the picture now?
If you treat people like numbers your success will be short in Network Marketing. But if you get to know your prospect by their name, know their wife or husband name, kids name their ages and their dreams you will be very successful. Remember they are people not numbers!
If you choose to be a numbers person, you become a recruiter. If you choose to treat them like people you become a sponsor. Who do you want to be?
When you become a sponsor you’re building a team that will last longer than a team that has been recruited. I love to make friends and be able to share our success and failures together; there is nothing wrong on learning from both a positive and a negative experience.
To succeed long term, you need to become a mentor with a servant heart!
Bottom Line! Get a good product or service to share. Then focus on helping other people reach their dream, which is your top priority!
