Are Value's Important?

Value's are very important in the business world. I have been in management most of my profesional career. I have worked with Business profesionals for about 30 years. One of the 1st lessons I learn is to get interested in the prospect (client). So, when the client starts to trust you, you can go ahead and influence them to spend their money in your service or products. Is not limited to just services or products... some use it to gain power or influence in a organization. Is it right? It is not for me to say, it is up to you to decide which person you want to become.

I enjoy working with people that share the same value's I have. Here are some value's that are important to me: integrety, honesty and is willing to help others. I believe in helping people and not to expect anything back. When you help people, you should do it because you do it from the heart.

It is against God's teaching to hurt one another in anyway, including using other people to advance or have power over them or try to get the other people to spend their money on your products or services. All you need to do is to show the facts on your services or products and let the people form their own opinion. It does not matter if they buy the products or become part of the business, we should still honor their friendship and still be their friend.

It is one of the most beautiful compensations in life...
we can never help another without helping ourselves.
